Student Cancellation Policy – For Corporate Sponsored Students

Satisfaction Guarantee

     We are proud of the quality of our instructor led public classes and have attained a high degree of customer satisfaction.

     If for any reason, however, you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 30 days of the class completion date. You will be rescheduled for the same class at no charge, depending on space availability, within the next twelve months.

Please note: If curriculum has been changed or updated there may be a nominal fee for the new courseware.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be received during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST Monday - Friday) via e-mail with a follow up confirmation phone call to a Sales Support Specialist.
  • Cancellations are accepted up to 10 business days prior to the class start date. No charge will be assessed to the student or his/her sponsoring company.
  • Canceling a registered student within 10 business days of the class start date requires that the full price for the course be assessed.
  • The sponsoring company will be charged the full price of the course for "no shows".
  • Student substitutions are acceptable at any point before class start date, without a penalty.
  • The Euler Training Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a public class due to under enrollment.
  • This cancellation policy applies to all corporate sponsored training and classroom rentals.
