Student Cancellation Policy – For Non-Corporate Sponsored Students

“Buyer's Right to Cancel”

     This cancellation policy is intended for individual, self paying students or students of government supported programs only.

     Payment is due in full 15 business days prior to class start date. To pay with a credit card, please contact a Sales Support Specialist at (952) 567-4220.

     To cancel an enrollment, contact Euler Training Center at 952-567-4220 during normal business hours of 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday–Friday. In addition, submit completed Notice of Cancellation Form via one of the following methods:

     Not withstanding anything to the contrary, if a student gives written notice of cancellation within five business days of day on which the student is accepted then a complete refund is given regardless whether the program has started. If a student gives written notice of cancellation after five business days of the day on which the student is accepted, but before start of program, student is assessed 15 percent of tuition, fees, and other charges (15 percent not to exceed $50).

     If you are an individual, self-paying student and give documented notice of cancellation after your class has started but before your class is 75% complete, you will be assessed pro rata portion of tuition, fees, and all other charges plus 25 percent of the total program (25 percent not to exceed $75). If you attend more than 75% of your class, no refund will be given. We will acknowledge a valid notice of cancellation within 10 business day after the receipt of such notice and within 30 business days will refund you any amounts due.
